Sierra Saenz is the Dual Property Sales/Event Manager that works directly with the Diamond Conference Center at the Aloft & Element Hotel in North Kansas City. Sierra has a talent for event management and focuses on outstanding customer service. She is a trusted go – to sales & event specialist with a banquet and event background of over 10 years. Sierra prides herself in exceeding client and employer expectations to produce memorable & high quality functions for all event types. When Sierra is not taking charge of your event she is spending much needed time with her fur babies Dexter & Winston. Sierra is an old soul at heart that enjoys the simple things; cooking, music, planting, traveling and spending time at home with her family.
Michelle Lohmeyer is the Director of Sales for Aloft & Element Hotels and the Diamond Conference Center. Michelle brings 20+ years of expertise in hospitality sales, event management and leadership. Michelle is passionate and committed to creating unique and memorable experiences and top notch customer service for our guests’. Michelle is inspired daily by her husband and her dog Sebastian. Michelle loves to read, travel, listen to music and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
